Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions

GENERAL

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
Our business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. seven days a week.

HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are required and can be made by phone or text (204.905.9244). We do not accept walk ins.

HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
The minimum length of an appointment is 2 hours. Longer appointments are available upon request.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.


HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY VISIT?
We ask that you please refrain from drinking caffeine or alcohol on the day of your appointment.
You will not be able to hold any devices (iphone, tablet) during your appointment.
Please dress comfortably as you will be sitting for 2 hours time.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the office, with an exception of bottled water.


WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We currently accept cash payment. Payment is required before your appointment begins. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR BIORESONANCE
It is our policy to accept clients age 8 & up, however children under the age of 18 must be accompanied
by a parent / guardian during the appointment.


HOW MANY BIORESONANCE SESSIONS WILL I NEED
Every individual faces different health challenges therefore we are unable to determine how many sessions are required. You can expect a minimum of 3 to 5 sessions to feel results, depending on your current health status. 

WILL BIORESONANCE WORK FOR ME
Yes, Bioresonance works to measure and emit energetic frequencies (wave lengths) within the human body. 
At Wave Bioresonance we implement a 5 part strategy to achieve optimum results.

WAVE POLICIES

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
We do not charge a fee if you cancel your appointment, however we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. You may phone or text (204.905.9244) to cancel your appointment. 

CAN I LEAVE MY CHILD UNATTENDED AT THEIR APPOINTMENT?
No, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied  by a parent / guardian during their appointment. 

IS THE COST OF BIORESONANCE COVERED BY HEALTH INSURANCE?
No, Bioresonance therapy is not covered by health insurance or Manitoba Health.
